A standing ovation is in order for Broadway - as they finally use the media to their advantage.
Great article on how shows are now webcasting final acts - incorporating the audience into the video - with no doubt the hope that the audience will go later and email the link to their friends.
Initially slow to adapt to embracing the web, this is certainly a step in the right direction. Broadway obviously has the local, national and even International crowd as a target audience.
Why not use a little viral marketing to give things a boost. Looks like fun - I want to do that too! At least that's the idea.
